Hello and thanks for visiting my Malay Home Tuition website!
Most Malay students feel that Bahasa Melayu is not an important subject. However, little did they know it will add up to the points when they are sitting for National Examinations like PSLE or O Levels. They need an experienced Malay language tutor. They need a reliable Malay tutor. They need a qualified Malay tutor to improve their Malay language grades. Learning Bahasa Melayu requires lots of patience and effort. Hence, many parents have been contacting and approaching me to get their children prepared for PSLE or O Level examinations.
While there are many ways as to how students can improve their Malay or Higher Malay grades, it is best to engage a private Malay tutor in Singapore who is qualified and experienced to guide PSLE and O Level candidates to excel in Malay. Malay home tuition will allow students to understand the subject better according to their learning capacity.
I have prepared a curriculum for different learning levels to suit my students’ specific academic goals. I have also developed various programmes tailored to meet different students’ individual needs.
By engaging a dedicated Malay tuition teacher, you can help your child by tuning into his or her preferred learning style and working with your child to determine specific strategies on how to develop good studying practices to learn Malay efficiently.
The most effective way to learn Malay is by learning the language from a qualified Malay tutor because it is not just about the basics of the language but the deep understanding of the Malay culture. For the same reason, you need to hire a Malay tutor for Malay Home Tuition that will not only teach the language but is also flexible enough to adapt to your timetable.
Do not waste any more time and get the help your child needs. I can instil in your child the love for Malay language. Give your child a good head start. Give your child the opportunity to excel in Bahasa Melayu.
Choosing an inexperienced Malay tutor might affect the child’s approach towards the Malay language. Hence, getting a dedicated and motivating Malay tutor can encourage your child into the path of success.
Your child has an incredible ability to score an A Star or A1 for the Malay Language examination! Don’t waste it! Let’s not forget the cultural significance of the Malay language!

Commonly Asked Question 1: Should my child opt for Higher Malay (PSLE)?
Answer: Higher Mother Tongue (HMT) bonus points are only useful if your child opt for Special Assistance Plan (SAP) schools. The bonus points gained from HMT (Distinction – 3 bonus points, Merit – 2 bonus points & Pass – 1 bonus point) do not give him better score for PSLE. These points can only be used when he or she is applying for SAP school. Furthermore, only the students who are in the Top 30% of the PSLE cohort will be given these points.
Commonly Asked Question 2: Is it true that Dr Elmi also offer English language tuition?
Answer: Yes, it true. I have been providing high quality, extremely flexible and fully customised English language tuition lessons on one-to-one or private group basis for learners ranging from primary (PSLE English Tuition) and secondary students (O Level English Tuition) in local schools to international students, and adult learners (i.e. Basic Conversational English for Indonesian Foreign Domestic Workers in Singapore) since 2004.
Forget about Malay tuition centres, engage a DEDICATED, EXPERIENCED and QUALIFIED private Malay tutor to help your child read and write better in Malay!
